How To Make A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier, simply browse through our catalogue and when you find a product that you wish to buy click on the 'Add to Cart' button which is located next to the product; the item will then be placed into your shopping cart. You can then continue shopping and add more items to your cart should you wish.
A brief summary of the contents of your shopping cart is always shown on the left-hand side of the screen. To view the contents of your shopping cart in full detail at any time click on the 'Add to Cart' button at the bottom on the small cart.
When you have selected all the items that you require click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button below the cart. You will then be prompted for your username and password.
You are then prompted for your shipping details and billing details. Here you will be able to select the different shipping options and add any delivery notes you feel we should be aware of to your order.
You will have several different payment Options:
i) Debit / Credit Cart - this will transfer you to our Protx secure server where your payment details will be processed.
ii) Cheque or Postal Order - this will transfer you to a page where you need to print out and then enclose a cheque and post it to the address on our contact us page.
Your order will then be complete and you will receive a confirmation email.
You will receive a receipt with your order when it is delivered to you.
