Tk - triceps occurs if you 'lever' the forearm, if you push straight up - pec involvement. Think: your tri pull revelation.

Normal bench = upper arms pulls the pecs (stretch) at BOTTOM & therez contraction on TOP = Pecs workout. If elbows are close to body = TRICEPES workout.
