About every 2 weeks someone asks where they can buy the book (no joke). I guess the message about free help and advice wasn't getting across - AND it seems that people just want more information. People are definitely getting results but just having them commit and trust the routines seems to be the major stumbler (I have lost count of the number of times people say 'can I add more exercises to brute' - wheras if you've really applied it you will figure out within a few weeks that the answer is NO).
Problem I have always had is a question of TIME. I have a lot of information I can pass along - but I'm doing it in emails, messages, posts, etc. and it's fragmented.
So question is - if I took some time off and commited to WRITE that book, would you buy it? I pour myself into helping people and I pretty much do it out of the goodness of my heart (seriously). On the other hand, I don't think I can afford to take that time without pay.
An ebook would let me know that the payback would be coming. Are you interested?

Well yeah that'd be great. Distilling down a lot of the info here from you (and others) would be great.
Never been one to say much here, been lurking for a year, but one thing I'd find really interesting is tips on how to stay focused on working out when there are a thousand and one things going on in my life that I need to balance. It's great to hear people's stories but it's more important to get a paragraph of how people balance, say a business trip across the midwest for 2 weeks, with getting to the gym.

Last night I had some guys I have known for a while ask me if I had a book. In fact, I get asked at least once a week!
This week I've had something like 40 emails/private messages from people asking for help to train, what they are doing wrong, etc. I just cannot possibly keep up. So a book's probably the only way to get all the information across.
OK - it's gonna happen! I'm going to write it.
If you want something specifically covered - let's know what that is right here, I promise to do everything I can to properly cover the subject while keeping the book as focussed and simple to apply as possible!

| Yes, I would buy it as long as it's written for dummies. I dont have a biochemistry background, so it needs to be easy to understand. |

Write the book. You can't keep giving of your time, expertise and knowledge with no reward. And the kiddos are gonna need college funds. |

Ok - it's starting tomorrow! I will be writing this viaOffice.
Either going to be a 'gold' part of the site -> this would have all the content stored as web pages which allow the person at any time to download an automatically updated copy (individually password protected with their email address) via an HTMLtoPDF PHP code base
- or -
going to be a PDF version which is not updated daily automatically but on a bi-weekly basis
For the moment, both options are 'nice' but meaningless until the content's all there and written. Looks like this will end up being about 60-100 pages, trying to be very brief but allow people to dig into what 'extra' they want.

I'd also purchase the e-book. I've only had two volume workouts since starting this week and I am as sore as hell. This has to be doing me good.
Go Malek. |

I am thinking that would increase sales a lot
Actually, that's a good question - how valuable would you all find shots of the exercises, break downs on form, etc. I guess what I'm looking at is HOW detailed would you like them? I'm hoping to squeeze in the most important discussion points on those lifts into half a page each.
I hate long, boring books - for me, 'good stuff' should be short, sweet and super-to-the-point!! Like Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain) used to say "Sorry this letter's so long, I didn't have time to write a short one!"

Bill Pearl in getting stronger does a very good job with pictures. You can get some ideas from there. You can skip pictures for exercises like OHP for which a description is enough but i would recommend details on "elbow close to the body bench press" which i still think is a triceps exercise
I would recommend more detail on BACK exercises because those are the ones most commonly done wrong.. till this date i dont know how to perform bent over rows barbell..... lat pulldown perfectly.....
