malek256 12 August 2007 I am excited for you Passion - the results can be amazing. Passion 12 August 2007 I'm stoked about this Brute/Volume routine! Passion 12 August 2007 Extremely fast, unlike another forum i frequent malek256 10 August 2007 Hopefully you also find it faster. darkangel 10 August 2007 Every time I sign on, this place looks different. Sweet.
Propecia is the #1 - because it works! Coupled with topical Minoxidil at 5% and the laser brush, there's some dramatic improvement reported by a number of people who have contacted me (I never realized how many people have read this thread!)
Nizoral is good - but much less important than the above.
The other things I have tried have less benefit. Although, if he was 45+, it might be worth looking at supplementing with a GH-promoting protein as that has significant benefit; a bunch of people have been reporting they have experienced 'fill-in', some just with that.
Congrats on the baby Malek! Life is truely amazing. I hope the best for you and your family!
As for my trip, it went according to plan, although I didn't have any regrets, I did miss it back home. I haven't been weight training but I have been focusing now on eating right. It's definatly hard to maintain a demanding diet. Consistency is probably the most important key to any success, although I have failed at this. Life can be demanding at times, as you know, so certain priorities over rule old ones. It's hard to justify reasons for not doing something you strive for. But it's only a matter of time before I get "back into the groove". Without hope and something to look forward to we, as a human race, would not be determined to move on.
Right now school is becoming overwhelming, at times unbearable, but through motivation and persistence I will finish successfully. I'm going to try my best to contribute to the gaining-mass society.
How have things fared since I last spoke with you?
Glad you bumped this AlexParty! I missed the first one (sorry man).
Well, I have been hit-and-miss with the regimen, more miss than hit lately...and (gee what a surprise) my hair line is reverting. TIME TO GET IT IN ORDER AGAIN!
And why would that be..? Getting ready for the baby!! JAN 4!!!
On the other hand, there is zero trace of love handles and the lower abs are coming in nicely. I want to be ultraripped before Christmas, then do 3 weeks of very very clean and cautious mass, then a week to prep for and take the pics. Is that possible?
No, not really - but hey I will stick to the general plan as best I can with the chaos and joy of the new baby!! Baby and family are always FIRST - lifting is second
Malek, I'd like to have a philosophical discussion with you one of these days either via msn(which I don't do) or through simple email. I have some views on weight training and other subjects.

I am about to start up with pGH from UniversalKits. This is an oral suspension* for helping to activate a growth hormone release. One of the theoretical effects is to reactivate hair colour.
I will combine this regimen in for 2 months and see if anything's noticable in terms of the greying going on in the remaining hair.
* I'm pretty sure most users of pGH get "creative" with the means of administering the compound as oral absorption will be less than other means. Good for them but that is not going to include me as I'm fully law compliant. So if you read this and think "ha ha, those results are only that good/bad/whatever because he's actually pinning, nope. What I describe is what happens."
Hi Malek, newbie here; I came upon this site doing some research on laser brushes. You seem to have had some great results with yours!
I wanted to ask, can you give more information regarding the pGH? I'm curious as to how it's being used to reduce the incidence of gray hair, returning color to follicles previously bereft of melanin, etc. I've been researching options for that since I'm now using a laser brush as well, but the info out there is spotty at best. Any information you could provide would be much appreciated, as I went to UniversalKits to check out what they had, but the choices are vast, and I'm pretty careful about trying something new and not know exactly how it should be used.
I must admit, I've been very lax with my hair regimen, not surprisingly a lot of the gains have since reversed. It's a question of time with two kids under 3 years old.
But along with my physical fitness regimen which is slowly coming back online my hair regimen is starting anew again. The pGH I used did seem to take about 3 months before the hair effect was noticable - there was less grey. I can tell from pictures of that time period. I used the original pGH oral suspension (worked until I ran out) but it's a hassle with refrigeration etc. So I thought I'd use something 'simpler' and got the transdermal stuff. In theory, it would absorb better and be less hassle. Well, in my very biased opinion the oral stuff seemed much, much more effective for me - the transdermal 'gummed up' and I didn't see the ungrey as much.
Please note that since you've stated you were not sure of 'which one' the pGH I am referring to is NOT Long R3IGF-I, in my opinion that is a drug. It is not a potentiator nor precursor and you can't take it orally. You must inject it and there are some possibly significant side effects to be careful of.
Now - you're giving me a kick in the pants; it's time for me to resume looking there and synch it all up; would you be willing to compare notes as we go? Are you intending to track your monthly progress like I did? I highly recommend it - for one, you may 'think' you are not seeing benefits, or you may start second-guessing 'is it working/not working'. Very, very, very hard to tell if you are relying upon fallible memory. But pictures side by side = the real deal.

Sorry man, I didn't realized you responded! I really don't hvae hair loss per se; I have a little bit of a receding hairline, not very noticeable, and a bald spot Ive had since birth that has been covered somewhat by a hair transplant, but not sufficiently. THus, the use of the laser comb. I thought I'd see how it worked prior to going to the pa drug or something like that. As far as the pGH, I have some serious greying at the temples, and I don't like it! A doctor friend of mine turned me on to growth hormone, but taking shots isn't for me, so this seemed interesting. I think I'm going to try the oral formulation!
My brother has been doing something similar - Nioxin shampoo, topical minoxidil spray and the higher-end version of the amazing laser brush (more lasers, he bought the bigger one).
Yesterday he's told me he's now positive the hair is coming back.
